About the site
This is Stargze, my website made with lots of stars for the internet. This site is my personal space, a place where I can share my personal tastes, express my opinions, and document my simple, everyday life living in my remote corner of South America—a life that’s worth sharing, at least that’s what I think.
Stargaze
stargaze
verb
/ˈstɑːr.ɡeɪz/
to look up at the stars and objects in space as a hobby, for scientific study, or as part of astrology (= the belief that the position of the stars influences people's lives):
He tells me of entire nights spent stargazing until dawn.
Next time you get a chance to stargaze, look at Jupiter.
Stargze isn’t my online pseudonym, but rather one of the activities I enjoy most. I am lucky enough to be able to see the stars almost every night in a clear sky, free from any intruding mountains or skyscrapers. Oh, how I love the stars—so distant and indifferent to what happens on planet Earth. They’ve been my personal symbol for as long as I can remember, and they’re so versatile—they can be both pointy and rounded at the same time (in a design program, of course), you can see stars at night, and I’m a huge fan of the night, also lot of my memories of being online when I was little took place at night (maybe I´m a sucker for nostalgia, just a little tho I promise), so I thought, “Why not Stargze?” And that’s how it stayed. And I hope you enjoy it :)
